The Entrosoft team, along with NFC department managers, has begun adopting a modern sales and inventory management system, aiming to streamline daily operations. No fuss, no fanfare—just practical system implementation.
MORNING SESSION: Getting Familiar with the System
The atmosphere at NFC is quite cozy, with i-Soup boxes neatly arranged on the shelves. The Entrosoft team kicked off by introducing the new management system.
Exploring the Interface: We were guided on how to use the sales-related screens, such as entering orders or viewing customer information. Everything is very intuitive, even for those not tech-savvy.
Inventory Management: I was impressed with how the system checks stock levels in just seconds, eliminating the errors we used to worry about.
Gentle Practice: Managers sat in front of laptops, trying to log in, view reports, and ask questions. The atmosphere was relaxed, with everyone excited.
“If we had this sooner, we would’ve saved so much time,” a senior manager said with a big smile, seeing the inventory data clearly displayed for the first time. The morning passed quickly, but everyone felt the potential of the new system.
AFTERNOON SESSION: Hands-On Practice from Order to Packaging
After the lunch break, starting at 1:30 PM, we dove into the hands-on practice. This is when things got even more exciting.
Creating an Order in the Test Environment: Entrosoft provides step-by-step guidance on entering an order, from customer information to product selection. As it’s a test environment, everyone can experiment freely without affecting real data.
Warehouse Process: We learned how to check inventory before dispatching goods. I saw a manager using a barcode scanner to check each i-Soup box, nodding with satisfaction as everything matched the system.
Product Packaging: This part was quite fun! Everyone worked together to pack i-Soup, from inspecting products to sealing boxes. The barcode scanner made everything faster and more accurate than ever.
The workspace at NFC is very tidy, with colorful shelves and neatly stacked cardboard boxes. It feels like the entire team is working to a new, more efficient rhythm.
